Chef Jean Pierre has an abundance of hard to find gourmet specialty items in his studio kitchen. Chef made veal, lobster, fish and chicken stocks all add intense flavors to foods.  He also has duck fat, foie gras, truffles, wild and exotic mushrooms available with advance notice.
